RUAG Aviation has been a successful service partner for helicopters for more than 40 years. From simple maintenance work, through avionic upgrades and complex engineering tasks up to the painting and interior - RUAG Aviation carries out all orders reliably and in accordance with the highest technical requirements and safety standards. RUAG Aviation has been able to build up the necessary know-how for this work from the fleet management and the lifetime support of the Bell UH-1D helicopters of the German Air Force. Today, the support services and the fleet management for the Bell UH-1 are carried out at the Oberpfaffenhofen facility, while the Swiss Helicopter Centre in Alpnach takes on maintenance work at all levels for many other helicopter types.
