4.6x30 Personal Defence Weapon Munition (PDW)

Compactness, low weight and high fire power of the weapon system are decisive for special forces interventions at close range or the personal protection of non-combatant troops in the areas of logistics or support. With this in mind Heckler & Koch has developed the close-range weapon MP7.

The ammunition which RUAG Ammotec matched to this particular weapon system is suitable for various applications. It impresses by its high penetration performance on bullet-proof jackets, a good effect on unprotected targets and a high precision.

Different ammunition types are available, from the classical ball projectile with universal effect right to the AP intended especially for actions against hard targets.

All 4.6x30 products feature a SINTOX^® primer element free of pollutants and are lead-free (with the exception of the FMJ SX).
