At present, RUAG is training approximately 350 trainees in 15 different jobs in Switzerland. This corresponds to about 10% of RUAG’s total payroll in Switzerland. Most of the vocational trainers at RUAG work full time and devote all their energies to this demanding task.

RUAG offers comprehensive, practice-oriented basic training. 90% of the vocational trainers are also examination experts. This ensures they can prepare the trainees specifically for the specialist knowledge and skills required in the examinations.
