Position statement: Assessment of RUAG by Transparency International

The rating awarded to RUAG in the Anti-Corruption Index published yesterday by Transparency International does not correspond to the current situation. The rating does not include improvements that have already been implemented and put into practice. RUAG has always taken a zero-tolerance stance on corruption and will continue to do so....

As RUAG implemented a number of compliance-related measures only after the Transparency International cut-off date of 1 October 2014, these are not contained in the Transparency International report.

All measures were communicated within the company and are also publicly accessible on the Internet.

The Board of Directors and the Executive Board wholeheartedly support all anti-corruption commitments.
