The function "Service Portal" empowers individual customers and suppliers to use specific cleared applications and data of affiliated companies RUAG.

When such an access authorisation serves a business relationship, you may take contact with your partner RUAG. He will check your request and when possible let set up your access authorisation.

Requirements:

• Internet access und web browser
• SSL-Certificate RUAG
• User identifier and password RUAG

 

The function "Secure Data Exchange" allows the electronic encrypted exchange of large files with employees of affiliated companies RUAG.

Requirements:

• Internet access and web browser IE 9 or higher
• Up to 100 recipients per data exchange
• Up to 50 GB per upload (with older Browsers only 2GB supported, you get a note)
• Any file format possible

The function “Dornier 228 Technical Publication” allows the view and download of Dornier 228 Technical Publications. To apply for an access authorization please contact doc.services.aerospace@ruag.com
